ALED Ventures Limited is an e-commerce company that specializes in providing high-quality products to customers worldwide. They offer a wide range of products including electronics, home appliances, fashion, beauty, and more. Their business model is based on providing customers with a convenient and hassle-free shopping experience while also ensuring that their products are affordable and of the highest quality.
I helped them in optimizing their management system, trained newly hired employees, create various graphic works for ads/promotions, product listing, product content writing, create e-books, youtube thumbnails, logos and any other tasks.

CLIENT: GOLD PRESIDENTS
SERVICES: CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT & ADMIN TASKS
As a customer support representative, you would be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat, to address their queries, complaints, and concerns. You would need to have a deep knowledge of the store's jewelry products, their features, and pricing to effectively help customers make informed decisions. You may also be involved in processing orders, tracking shipments, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. SERVICES: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
VJS is a new startup business in Sweden and I helped them for training newly hired employees I am responsible for designing and executing training programs that ensure new hires are adequately equipped to perform their job duties.
As a Project Manager, I work closely with various departments to understand the training needs of the new hires and develop training materials that meet those needs.
In addition to training, I also manage project planning and am responsible for delivering them within the set timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

CLIENT: GIRLS CAN'T WHAT
SERVICES: ILLUSTRATOR
As an illustrator, my passion lies in bringing stories to life through vibrant and captivating visuals. With a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of various artistic styles, I specialize in creating illustrations that evoke emotions and connect with the audience.
The client requested me to create a 2d illustration of little girls for her website as she sells customized gifts.
I was able to deliver the illustrations as the client was expecting them to be.

SERVICES: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FOR DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY
As a virtual assistant for a digital marketing agency that has 3 e-commerce brands, I am responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the agency's team of digital marketers.
I am tasked with managing the agency's day-to-day operations, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks.
As a virtual assistant in a digital marketing agency should be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality work in a timely manner.

I provided a data entry service for an online grocery delivery service, I am responsible for entering product information, recipes, and other data into the company's database.

Solution
Is to create a brand that is what the business needs. A brand that can stand out on its own. The brand needs a focus on what it gives to the customer and what specialty the business has. They specialized in different pieces of bread and pastries.
